I am supposed to want to support Democrat Erskine Bowles, who’s running for the U.S. Senate seat so quickly vacated by John Edwards. I guess I’d rather meet Bowles in a dark alley than his likely opponent, Republican Richard Burr. But I haven’t seen much of Bowles to get excited about, and the more I read, the less I like. I’m glad someone’s into it, though.
