Well, if during a time of war, the president decides he needs to, without a warrant, personally inspect the wombs of American citizens suspected of harboring al Quaeda fetuses, then as Unitary Executive, he has that Constitutional right. Unless, of course, the possessor of the womb is a corporate CEO.
