This is awesome. Congressman Henry Waxman – who is often fighting the good fight when few others dare to – heads the House Committee on Government Reform’s Minority Office. They recently published a report on how Bush’s “abstinence-only” sex ed programs teach lies about contraception, abortion, and basic science. I’ve just discovered they have a great website, with a section on current investigations (Abu Ghraib, flu vaccine crisis, Iraq contracting, Iraq intelligence, etc.). They even have an XML feed so I can stay up to date!
The only bad thing about this is that now I will know even more details about how much the government is lying and cheating. I don’t know how much more I can take! Also, If I was Rep. Waxman, I probably wouldn’t put my picture at the top of the page… but I guess he wants to keep up with the Joneses. The majority page is much worse.
